Classes will resume Monday, May 4, 2015 -

We are pleased to announce that we will be reopening Redwood Elementary on Monday, May 4^th as anticipated.  A huge thank you to the Redwood and District 7 custodial staff who spent the day disinfecting and sanitizing the entire building including the playground making it a safe place for us to return.

Next week, our staff will be instructing students on proper hand washing techniques and will be asking students to wash their hands regularly throughout the day.

You can help keep the virus out of our school by monitoring your children and keeping your child home if they are symptomatic.  The common symptoms of norovirus are nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, stomachaches and sometimes a low grade fever and aching.

Thank you all for your support during this outbreak, I can always count on the “Redwood Family” to step up when needed, that is appreciated.
