Congratulations to Mr. Carr’s energetic and hardworking 3^rd grade class at Riverside Elementary for coming in 1^st place in Sumdog’s Southern Oregon Math Challenge! The spirited students of Mr. Carr’s class competed against elementary school classes from around the region in a week-long online math fact challenge. To take part, students played Sumdog’s free adaptive math games over the course of the week, answering increasingly difficult math questions to make progress in the competition. A special congratulations goes out to Landon Arata and Stephan Lauby, both of whom placed in the top 10 out of all students that participated.  Way to go Mr. Carr’s class!
